By accessing Whitespark Soft (`whitesparksoft.com`) and any of its associated subdomain-based applications (including Templix AI), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the services.
2. Scope of Services & Free Tier License
WhiteSpark Soft builds and hosts web productivity and developer utilities. All live applications are provided 100% free of charge:
- Perpetual Use: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our subdomains for professional or personal use.
- No Hidden Charges: There are no subscription fees, hidden credit card locks, or paywalled exports.
- Output Ownership: Documents, files, code, resumes, or assets compiled, edited, and generated using our software belong entirely to you. We assert zero intellectual property rights over user-generated exports.
3. Permitted & Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to bypass subdomain limits or launch denial-of-service (DoS) actions.
- Reverse-engineering, crawling, or extracting the proprietary code or templates of our services for commercial resale.
- Injecting malicious code, spam vectors, or cross-site scripting (XSS) payloads into user forms or text inputs.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
WhiteSpark Soft products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the software or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated outputs. You use the software at your sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WhiteSpark Soft, its founders, sponsors, or contractors, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business, data, profits, or document formatting compliance) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our applications.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the services after modifications constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
